Pros
Leadership really cares about the mission and trusts their employees to get the job done without any kind of micromanaging. Analysts have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting projects. The people who work here are all very nice. The ability to remote work is also major plus.
Cons
As a new company, there was not a well-defined career track while I was there, though it appears to be something that is being worked on.
