Good pay that's about it.

Higher pay for the position if you get 40 hours a week. Good benefits assuming you can afford it on part time hours.
Cons
Terrible leadership, unqualified people running the entire operation, mechanics that rather hide instead of fixing anything, constantly cutting full 12 hours of shifts because they overrun and overfill warehouse making everyone part time. Absolute disrespectful behavior from leadership, they call it feedback when in reality it's targeting because they dislike you. Was literally set up in order to be written up by management even though I did exactly as I was trained to do. Nobody locks out their machines, the entire management knows it and don't train anyone to do it. How can I be written up for not locking out a machine when management never gave locks or tags? Operators shouldn't even be doing half of what they did, that's why you have mechanics who are paid double what we are.

Management putting hands on the machines as if they were maintenance when they thought they knew what they were doing but had no clue making work hell for maintenance to fix or improve the machines. Then blaming maintenance

Pros
The company provides many opportunities to be autonomous and entrepreneurial. The separation from a global CPG company has allowed for a new identity and given people a sense of ownership. Acquiring a strategic brand like Saratoga is a perfect example of how BlueTriton is establishing itself as a true leader in the industry. People have embraced this new identity are thriving in this environment, and as a result, have elevated the overall performance of the business.

Same as it ever was......

I think the pay is better than most. You can't live on it, but that's why people should make better decisions when they are young so as not to end up driving a forklift for a large portion of their life. If you want overtime you'll be happy. Seems there is unlimited funds for that. Really great benefits.
Cons
Too much overtime if you don't want it. In my position there is really no end time when you go home. And that makes it impossible to plan your life. If you want to attend some function with your family you must let management know when you have to leave and that needs done at least a week before. Imagine being on your eleventh hour and getting written up because you didn't let your manager know you needed to leave "early".
