I have been working at Bluegreen Vacations full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a great work environment, hours are great and most of the people you work with are fun. Great place to work if you are a good salesman

    Cons

Commission only! You get a draw to cover some basic expenses, but if you have benefits, don't expect to see more then about $20 per week of that draw. If you are making sales then you get your commission instead of the draw which is good, but you have to pay back the draw out of your commissions.

    Advice to Management

Really would like to see a small hourly rate (that you didn't have to pay back) plus commission on top.

I have been working at Bluegreen Vacations full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work great hours, 30 a week with full benefits. Positive environment, and don't feel bad about what you sell. Always pay what is supposed to be paid.

    Cons

Extremely inconsistent pay. They keep sales reps in the dark on what they are getting paid on. Very political in order to move up. Even if you are successful in a position, it isn't guaranteed if you aren't friends with the boss.

    Advice to Management

Be more open minded to advancement. Be more open to employees, especially about what they are going to get paid on.
