I worked at Blueline Rental full-time

    Pros

Dental Benefits, Matching 401K, food, coffee, lunch room

    Cons

Lack of Leadership, micro-managing, Lack of minimal job training, when lack of management and leadership was identified the Supervisor suggests not to report the underlying issue so as not to look bad.. They are seeking a yes man or woman...

    Advice to Management

Learn to be leaders and actually train employees.. It does not matter what level you are in, everyone puts their pants on the same way in the morning..Dont be a two faced organization, most people take costructiive criticism very well.. Train, train and train again in order to make people successful in an organization especially when you tell someone that you will train them..

No equipment to rent, unknown in the market place, osr cut into commissions without doing fair share of work, management is all over the place, high turnover of employees

    Advice to Management

Stop telling people “the heart of a independent” and tell the truth a pocket book of a independent

I have been working at Blueline Rental full-time

    Pros

Great coworkers. Great pay and benefits. Matched 401K on day one.

    Cons

This company has a quick employee turnaround, and there are not many employees who have been with the company for more than a year. This leads to poor job security and company outlook.

Not many women in leadership roles, or with the company in general. Women are discouraged from rising into manager positions by other managers, and they are often ostracized when they do. It is a boy's club disguised by smiles and easy going personalities.

    Advice to Management

Build a better system before trying to overcome competition. Take your employees concerns into better consideration. A good foundation builds stability. There is no employee loyalty at this company and the quick turnaround rates looks bad to your customers.

I worked at Blueline Rental full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mostly happy people, fluidity to change what isn't working

    Cons

It's a good old boys club run by men from the same previous employer. They run on handshakes instead of ability. Women don't advance into management. Too fluid and too much change, especially in senior management roles. People won't stay if you can't show they are valued.

    Pros

Newer equipment after the take over was a plus along with more variety

    Cons

Management was terrible from the top to the bottom. Training that was promised was never put into play.....nothing that was promised was ever put into play.....INCLUDING A SECURE JOB!!! Especially right before Christmas 2017....explain that one to your family.

    Advice to Management

Fire all of them. Platinum is a joke!
