    Pros

Fun and Simple startup environment to work at.

    Cons

We used to stay over nights to solve issues. No work from home.

    Advice to Management

Start up is very harsh and aggressive. We all need to tone down a notch how to handle issues.

I worked at Boardvantage full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Snacks, flexibility and a great platform

    Cons

Horrible leadership structure and defiantly no sense of employee value.

    Advice to Management

    I'm happy they were acquired!

I have been working at Boardvantage full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to work with colleagues from other teams, PM, Eng, QA, & SW Development.
    Colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful.
Great opportunities to learn the product from "concept to production."

    Cons

Too many political games being played at the upper management level.
Rigid thinking permeates the thought processes of management that stifles creativity and imagination.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the ideas put forth from the innovative & creative people working throughout the entire company and not from a select few.

    I worked at Boardvantage full-time

    Pros

None, other than Nasdaq acquisition and Boardvantage CTO has been asked to leave. Hope now it improves with out the CTO..

    Cons

CTO has built a team of friends and relatives at leadership position. CTO encouraged nepotism and killed all talent. All major teams are headed with incompetent people with fake resumes. Unfortunately seems Nasdaq is still listening to these without evaluating employees.

    Pros

Location (though subjective), HR policies, benefits, snack, food.
Cutting edge technology to work on. Seen lot of reviews where people don't approve of CTO. He is a result oriented highly skilled tech guy and hence sometimes can be a pain in the b***.

    Cons

Some people are favored over others (But have seen it happen in many of my previous experiences)

    Pros

The company provides good perks and pay packages. In par or even better than industry standards.
    Allows work from home.

    Cons

    None I can think of

    Pros

Very good product. Lot of learning on how to do secure programming from the ground up. Very friendly company culture. Breakfast on fridays.

    Cons

Does not employ any typical SD processes. Company should be more selective in hiring people.

    Advice to Management

    Not much

    Pros

    Not I could think of

    Cons

Nepotism Nepotism....all top positions are taken by family and friends. Hopefully with Nasdaq acquisition it all ends. CTO only promotes friends even if they are incapable and this is followed by other leads of his.

    Pros

    A five word minimum here.

    Cons

The most nontransparent company I've ever worked for. Caution, look for a company who has higher ratings than this one here on Glassdoor. Lacks culture!

    Advice to Management

Honesty and integrity would be a good place to start.
