    Good pay, good benefits

    Cons

    Everyone there is unhappy all the time. No one likes the recent changes, I’ve only been here for a month and already an incredibly high turnover because of area management shift. Seems like it could be a great future for me if I can stay positive in such a negative environment.

    Advice to Management

    Try to embrace corporate changes and be more positive, or at least pretend to be happy. You are driving good employees away.

    They have decent benefits.

    Cons

    They don't appreciate their employees, not even the longtime employees. The bonus's have been cut, and workloads have doubled. The CEO's change constantly and they don't listen to their managers or area directors.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your longtime employees and customers, stop cutting corners and go back to the old way of cooking food. Stop cutting the employees bonuses, paying your employees good wages pays off over time and keeps them with the company. It costs more money to train new employees than it does to pay your employees better wages and good bonuses.

    Paid Well, It's a pretty easy job once you get used to it

    Cons

    Most customers are kind and understanding, but some are pretty hard to deal with. Management usually sub-par. Store had over ten different managers within a six month period. Store can't keep employees for very long.

    Good food and great coworkers.

    -Cooks aren't fast enough to get the food out in a timely manner
    -Managers don't do their jobs

    To pay more attention to their staff and the guest.
