I have been working at Bob Jones University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

In the math lab up top the Mack Library, workers sit at a desk and answer questions for the students taking remedial math. Most of the time nobody has any questions though, so the workers can do their homework.

    Cons

You don't build any career skills which are job related.

I have been working at Bob Jones University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good education (in my major)
    Decent teachers
    Okay facilities
Easy to find employment on campus

    Cons

Too many rules that are too strict
BJU teaches you how to live a double life
They foster an atmosphere that encourages tattling
They treat many of the students like children

    Advice to Management

    Treat students like adults. Duh.
Don't just listen to the students you like. There's a lot to learn from the ones you don't like, as well.
Fire Aramark and get some good food in the DC for once.
    Loosen up on the rules.
