I worked at Bob Jones University part-time

    Pros

The work is very straight forward with not much happening often. Good environment to work in.

    Cons

Minimum wage is something you have to expect because you will be working part time and the work is often easy.

    Advice to Management

Great job thus far. Please keep encouraging students to grow and do not downplay their true potentials

    Pros

BJU has an unusually caring work environment and positively communicative management. Additionally, I was able to get as many hours as I wanted in my position.

    Cons

BJU has a lot of guidelines for employees, so some may find adherence challenging. Personally, I did fine and even enjoyed knowing what the expectations were and how to meet them.

    Advice to Management

BJU should continue to focus on people more than results and continue to work on improving and updating their communication technology.
