I have been working at Bob's Discount Furniture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Unlimited earning potential, great benefits, paid vacation day for your birthday, room to grow, very financially stable company

    Cons

If you want to move up you must be prepared to wait around possibly for years. Some people are promoted right away some people they tell they are going to promote and just string you along. It’s like high school style politics and you have to play nice with the right people. Also many managers try to make it seem as if they are concerned about the employees but in reality all the concern is about their money which is completely opposite of the way the companies culture is supposed to be.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying to employees. Stop underestimating your employees intelligence. We have proof that you lie and you don’t have our best interests at heart. Honestly we are all adults there’s no need to play games.
