    Pros

    Flexible schedule, Great management, transferrable skills for after college, many reward opportunities

    Cons

    Must have a "call in" shift per week, So you dont know until last minute if you are working.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    I worked at Bob's Stores full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Working relationships were awesome. Operational excellence was something that was taught and understood on all levels of management. Customers were great for the most part in any given demographic.

    Cons

    Senior upper management within corporate environment often distant with day to day operations of the store teams. Too many "new" initiative running at the same time without enough focus on mainstream issues within the stores.

    Advice to Management

    Listen more to your store teams and more importantly your customers before branching onto multiple new initiatives

    Terrific fellow associates and nice RTV sales

    Cons

    Hours are often cut and it doesn't matter if you are full or part time.

    Advice to Management

    Stop bullying and promoting supervisors children over employees who have been there several years. Stop promoting people off the street instead of several employees who are qualified and have already proven themselves through years of service. Stop ending every building meeting with the phrase " if you don't like it, there is the door."

    This place was a great first time job. They were very nice and put the employee first. Worked here for 5 years.

    Pros

    Not a busy store to work in so the workload is light, good first job in retail, not overwhelming

    Cons

    Pretty slow paced, call in hours ruin your whole day when you get called in to work randomly

    Advice to Management

    Call in shifts need to be different, have to sit around all day waiting to be called in when you might not have to go in
