managers scheduled against availability thursday night guests stayed for hours for "hey coach", didn't account for the fact that I was not getting many tables and tipped as if they were not there long

Pros
Restaurant managers are a good group, mostly competent and pleasant to work under. Restaurant is very busy in a small market like Auburn Coworkers/Culture is great. Mild room for growth: raises for hourly employees and a corporate structure that can (sometimes) be climbed.
Cons
Corporate (Aloha Hospitality) micro manages to the Nth degree and its almost always for the worse. Company policy of "3 table sections" makes the money pretty poor for a very busy restaurant.
