Bobcat typically hires very qualified people that bring a lot to the table. These people are great to work with and make working here a fantastic experience. There is plenty of opportunity to advance in either ones current field or by moving to other departments. Bobcat asks a lot from its employees but the compensation and benefits reflect this. Lots of training opportunities and room for both professional and... personal growth.

Cons

As part of Doosan much is made of the Doosan Credo and how it shapes the business. As many good points as this Credo has, it isn't always adhered to in making decisions.

Insurance is great, people are great, supervisor is fantastic

People in certain jobs are not getting paid what they are worth and then there are others who get paid for doing almost nothing. Guess I should go crying to upper management that I can't do my job anymore but can't afford to take a pay cut to do less work than my co-workers.

Advice to Management

Stop getting rid of people who are good workers and stop pacifying those who don't do their job. Pay people what they have earned and you may keep people longer therefore improving quality of product.
