    Pros

Bodypoint is an amazing company that creates innovative products to meet the unique needs of its users. I am so very proud of working with a company that deeply cares about its employees, customers and product users. The owners are creative leaders who inspire and support their staff. Bodypoint’s quality of product and services are due to an organization that is filled with ethical and caring people. Our long term employment history speaks to the quality of people who work at Bodypoint. Each individual makes an important and meaningful contribution to the success of Bodypoint.

Located in a vibrant city location next to Century Link field near public transportation.

    Cons

Can be difficult to keep up with such a creative group. Never a dull moment at Bodypoint!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work that comes from the heart.

    Pros

This is a small company filled with hardworking and caring people. Teamwork happens easily because everyone is focus on the end result - providing top quality product for our customers.

The culture is casual and supportive, but with high expectations for every task.

    Cons

As with many small companies, resources can be tight. Everyone is expected to fill in outside of their immediate job description. Expect to work hard and be busy.

I worked at Bodypoint, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Product is great. Well-known brand you can be proud of. Some great people.

    Cons

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Lack of company direction and communication. Lack of leadership. There is not any accountability. Hard-work and dedication goes unnoticed.

    Advice to Management

Work on your internal issues before they creep out to customers and start impacting the brand. Take a close look at your team and identify who is adding value and who is not.

I worked at Bodypoint, Inc. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great work life balance, respectful and friendly environment with a lot of really great employees. The location is great for lunch and commuting. If you like working in small businesses, this one is one of the best I've ever been part of.

    Cons

The open office environment can be challenging but it also has a lot of benefits.

    Pros

Work-Life balance is important to both employees and the employer. Employees work hard during the hours they are there rather than just putting in hours for the sake of doing so. The open office environment is exceptionally friendly with little to no office politics. Extremely ethical people doing good in the world but still making a profit.

    Cons

Open office environment makes quiet time difficult to find.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and maintain the environment.
