    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Boehringer Ingelheim full-time (More than 10 years)

Private Company. Good Managers. Great PTO. The managers that made it through the recent shakeup are all really good. I can't think of a single moment in my time here that I could say that.

Thinks it's a big player when its still privately owned. Home office is nearsighted on East Coast. Sales forecast not optimistic for foundational respiratory franchise. New business model is probably going to fail. Nobody seems to know how it will be rolled out. Details are vague, but everyone is talking about it like its the greatest thing ever.

    Advice to Management

Every decision you make for change has already been made. Just look at the results before you displace a bunch of people and have to resort back to an old model.
