Great culture, people, and benefits but can be slow-paced and counterintuitive

Great people and management - genuinely enjoyed who I was working with. Reasonable pay and never going to work more than 40 hours a week unless your department is unusually busy. Opportunities for advancement, encouraged to move around departments. Working on some of the coolest projects imaginable.
Cons
Sometimes the work was very slow and I had little to do but that's somewhat common for internships. As a large company it is oftentimes hard to make changes happen. Some systems were very very outdated.
