    I worked at Boffi Los Angeles full-time (More than 5 years)


    -Full Health and Dental Insurance (includes family)
    -Paid work training to Italy and New York.
    -Great high end client relations
    -opportunity to make contact with other designers, architects and builders
    -10am to 6pm means a really good work / life balance
    - Appliance brand training
    -Beautiful showroom environment
    -Highest quality kitchen and bath furniture hands down


    -no pay raises
    -no advancement
    -low salary and commission
    -You must protect your client relations and projects.
    -Coworkers, manager or other showrooms will steal them from you if the opportunity arises. In the end its sales over anything else.
    -Clients can be overly demanding and sometimes absolutely crazy...but it's expected when dealing with the wealthiest people in Los Angeles if not the United States.
    -Clients try their hardest to steal your designs without paying for them by taking pictures with their phone. Never leave a client alone with your drawings.
    -Constant issues with plumbing products can be a pain to deal with. Takes a lot of time out of your day to locate parts for one bath faucet.
