Great place to work. Food is Awesome, Customers are great, and the company continues to grow and expand because of great service and good food.
Because of the amazing growth, The Management and crew training leaves much to be desired. The company has not changed it menu in the last 30 yrs, which has proven successful, However, The selection process and training of these new managers has changed. With Growth, Comes greater responsibility.
Advice to Management
After the initial Hiring process, Proper training and Education in HR related issues could help minimize daily work related issues. With the demand for Managers, and the need to staff the restaurants I am afraid that To Put it Mildly, One may slip thru the cracks and cost the company more than his or her salary.
