      Pros

      Excellent team culture with supportive and collaborative colleagues. Strong and approachable senior leadership team. High level of flexibility and autonomy in day-to-day work. Great office environment with a positive atmosphere. Fantastic office location and overall workplace experience.

      Cons

      Challenging product-market fit in some segments, making sales targets difficult to achieve consistently. Very few sales representatives consistently reach quota. Commission structure does not always reflect the level of effort required to acquire and retain customers. Limited differentiation versus competitors can make the sales process more difficult. Lack of contractual commitment or minimum usage requirements creates high dependency on customers' day-to-day adoption, making revenue generation less predictable. Sales targets can feel disconnected from the realities of the product and market conditions. Compensation and incentive structure could be better aligned with performance and customer acquisition complexity.
