I worked at Bolthouse Farms full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work from home, several holidays, food in office often, management for the most part is good

    Cons

Work in close quarters with all your co-workers (not always a good thing) - Work can become repetitive and no way to move up

I have been working at Bolthouse Farms (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None, place is an absolute joke. Management sucks, having Dr notes can still get you fired.. Everything they do has an alternative motive. Yet they treat the employees like absolute garbage.

    Cons

As stated above.. Bolthouse farms is a horrible place to work. Everytime someone tries to union up they get fired. HR is a joke, management is a joke. Schedule is a joke. STAY AWAY

    Advice to Management

Grow a heart overnight maybe? You people are so out of touch with a company that is literally 20 feet from your "trailer". My wife understands more about the company in the 7 years Ive been there than any manager.

I have been working at Bolthouse Farms full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Better income than before the acquisition with Campbell.

    Cons

Good thing Campbell's is selling Bolthouse. It was the worst thing that has happened. All of the management changed and not for the better. They have no respect for the employees. There is no new innovation. SO much red tape. If you have an idea just keep it to yourself, no one listens to the little guys.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to trust their employees. Campbell managers don't know how to grow carrots or make juice. Let the ones who have been doing this continue.

    Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, consistent work

    Cons

Very fast work pace and focus on performance metrics led to a somewhat reckless culture, resulting in a much higher workplace accident rate than industry standard.
