I worked at Bombardier Aerospace full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work on a wonderful product, complex processes, very good work experience

    Cons

Colleagues are sometimes so dumb that it's a wonder how Bombardier ever came to such nice products. I guess most of the more intelligent employees are gone by now. Management has quality quite low on their importance scale. Intermittent and inconsistent layoffs make the work environment so depressing and thick that you can feel it everyday driving in the parking lot.

    Advice to Management

Share your transformation plans with the employees. By keeping them to yourselves, you make employees uncomfortable and wonder for the worst. The current work environment is very sub-par for any technician/engineering job. Do something about it!
