    Pros

Good company. Plenty of opportunities to move around and experience different accounts. Great resume builder. Management gets nice benefits from healthcare to an interest free pay as you go program and also the company iPhone. If your open to travel it's great plus they provide a rental and good hotels.

    Cons

Company caters to new accounts heavily.. so to really grow you need to move as they move. Have to be open to travel. If not you will be left behind.

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities for hourly employees to become management.

    Pros

Good scratch food, sustainability practices. They practice what they preach, for sure. Very passionate and dedicated chefs. Benefit packages are ample.

    Cons

Compass Group owns Bon Appetit, and slowly their policies take over and make your daily tasks more complicated. Seattle is a rapidly growing region. Very high expectations.

    Advice to Management

Offer advancement opportunities to hard working junior managers and coach them, don't make them fight each other for position. The bosses don't spend much time interacting with staff on the floor.
