    Pros

Free meals, strict schedule, 8 hour shifts.

    Cons

Terrible management, very disrespectful, lots of yelling and overall stressful environment. They can't care less about your performance, they don't know the names of cooks who works for them, very rude and greedy. Very low pay and poor benefits.

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees. Learn their names ( not just "hey you-come here").

    Pros

Bon Appetit Mgt. offers a decent benefit package, career opportunities, and locations for employment.

    Cons

Majority of managers work minimum of 75 hours a week with minimal recognition. Main con is the recurring issues around paying server gratuities and managers commissions and bonus when achieved. Lack of HR support forced several associates were forced to contact the Labor Board for support.

    Advice to Management

Pay associates in timely manner when wages are rightfully due.

    Pros

I love being able to write my own menus and do what I love. Compensated lunch is a plus.

    Cons

Lack of disrespect from management to employees, and between employees. A highly negative, draining workplace from clocking in to the end of shift.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate and respect your staff, ditch your negativity, step in and help us when you clearly know we're behind the 8 ball. I've been in the work force for 15 years and have never had a management team so willing to sit by the wayside when their staff needs support, in my entire career.

    Pros

Money and Insurance that's it. Maybe schedules will fit for college students. I don't have any pros to think of

    Cons

Company which doesn't even have any profit sharing, stock, and so on that based on stupid management.
Experienced one managers who doesn't know how to control himself towards every single girls like desperate animal. So many discriminations every where with running their mouth without filtering in their head. Maybe they don't have any brains to think of before they act.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Good food and benefits that's all really. Always finding new recipes to learn and work with.

    Cons

Management isn't fair. Having a lot of experienced background and wanting to challenge myself is not an option here. Always made excuses as to why I needed to stay low.

    Advice to Management

Better training amongst management and hire managers who actually care about their employees.
