    Ability to transfer almost anywhere within the company

    Benefits are expensive with high co-pays and deductibles
    Part of a larger company, Compass Group which is based on the east coast, making it challenging to communicate with them at times since their offices close before end of day on the west coast

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers create a very positive community to work in and gain leadership and life skills. Employers and employees appreciate each other and are respectful to all. The company values are based on sustainability, involvement with local communities and is the most environmentally friendly company I have ever worked for.

    Only con was my long commute.

    Great sustainability practices and REALLY progressive purchasing and implementation models.

    Some of the founder's passion and communication is lost in the middle management (District Manager level) in exchange for straight bottom line results.
