    This could be a pro or a con - but you have to work hard. If you're not up to the challenge it's a con but if you are, it is a pro. You work hard but so does everyone around you and it makes you want to roll up your sleeves and dive into your project.     It is important that collaboration remains top of mind as we all work together here. In our fast paced environment sometimes we put a little too much focus on the job/delivery and can lose track of the importance of cross team collaboration. This is starting to change with some recent efforts, but a current con nonetheless.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the work on cross company collaboration. The progress is coming and I know we are starting to feel it but looking forward the longer term progress.

    Stay true to the brand loyalty vision. Be brutally honest with prospective employees -- both about the great and the not-so-great aspects of the job. People want to know what to expect when they are deciding to join the Company. Those who don't like what they hear will search elsewhere. Those who see, not barriers, but opportunities to make a difference, will join because of the challenge, not in spite of it.

    We do great, inspiring, cutting-edge work in this company but much of it is done in cloys, Events, Research, Learning, no one is really sure what the other department does or how we can utilise them. Spend some time teaching your employees about all aspects of the business. That way we can help cross sell and spend less time duplicating work.

    - It's a nice building to work in - Benefits are decent - They work hard to ensure the bonus is given out each year - Employee events are a lot of fun

    - Workload is excessive on teams and people end up working crazy hours - Work life balance is a struggle here - Leadership struggles to keep top talent and keeps those who are damaging morale - HR department is not trustworthy - The pay is dreadful

    Greater communication among other teams working on big client projects could make us all more efficient and help us learn about the tools, best practices and other methods being used organizationally. A time log entry in EP for learning and brainstorming on an overall level.

        -office environment looks relaxing -very nice interview experience. I had a group interview with one of the contact services managers. the conservation was very productive and everyone get to speak and share their opinions. -nice cafeteria

        -worst training experience I have ever had. -I was treated with no respect. Lots of emotional abuse and verbal abuse during my 2nd training. Quote from trainer: " I am not your mom." when I didn't even finish my question. "everyone else knows it except you!" "Don't ever use the word you don't understand". the word I use is "cash flow", I was simply rephrasing trainer's point so that I can fully understand the...
