    Pros

You will learn a lot at BOND. Was always giving the tools to get the job done when requested and there are always people willing to help.

    Cons

Some of the software is a little archaic. Operations side is always willing to mainstream and provide best in industry software while other groups are restricted to old programs making tasks tough.

    Pros

The company had a nice small company feel, and a good team of knowledgeable co-workers.

    Cons

Serious growing pains. A lot of half baked ideas on growing the company. Ideas get started then never followed through with.

    Estimator

    Pros

Very good salary, raises, bonuses and social events. Great culture, very laid back. 'Get your work done and go home' type mentality. 'Do you have the capacity to take this on?' mentality. 'Expense an uber from the company party' mentality. Everyone here has their own lives, and works to live. They don't live to work, and don't expect you to. Scott Churchill and Mario Fabiano are a real pleasure to work for. All of the General Superintendents and Business Unit leaders are very understanding and helpful during reviews. I can only speak on the estimating side of things, the field works more hours and is higher stress (typical of the industry). The field staff gets paid for their overtime though, which I've never heard of any other company doing.

    Cons

Items that are not the fault of the estimator can be handled with a brash 'what the heck' type response and attitude. So far, these occurences have been minimal. You have to wait (6) months to sign up for the 401k. You have to wait (1) year to receive 401k contributions. Some senior management has been recently hired from outside the company, instead of promoted from within. 2 have been hired from outside, and 3 have been promoted from within.

    Room to Run!

    Pros

Great company. Family run means a focus on family values. You are more than just a number. This is an employee friendly company!

    Cons

Need to focus on putting people in positions where they belong. Sometimes the wrong person is in the wrong place and allowed to suffer through to no benefit of anyone.
