Company was quick to get everyone back in the office, despite the increase in COVID numbers. Concerns are barely acknowledged and you will receive the absolute bare minimum.

I worked as a legal administrative assistant in the NYC office. The atmosphere was great and I was treated well by the attorneys I worked for. After some time, people retired and things changed as they always do. Overall great experience.
Cons
Bond Schoeneck and King hires you and then expects you to know something that was not initially in your job description. They don't train you for what they need so they bombard others with the task. The managing partner doesn't know whether she is your friend or boss. No room for growth.
