    Tight knit group of professionals who cared about the customer as well as colleagues and their families

    Cons

    Growing pains leveling up on the business capability maturity framework. Culture rewarded repetitive heroics vs planful process-oriented approach.

    Pros

    I worked with some of the best people. it was a very family type atmosphere. we did a lot together as a company and our families were involved too.

    Cons

    management could have been better.

    Pros

    BondDesk has a lot of good people, it's conveniently located, and they go on a lot of happy hours. overall lots of team time together.

    Cons

    A lot of politics involved at the workplace, to a very unhealthy level. People talking behind each other's backs sometimes discourages you to work.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more often, have more open conversations with them, and see what their needs are. Be open to suggestions.

    Pros

    Very good place to work for to have balanced work life. Great technology stack. People are friendly.
    Flexible hours, but result matters.

    Cons

    It is very flat company no room for promotion.

    Good people to work with. Had a family feel, since most people worked there for a while.

    Upper management only cared about the bottom line.

    Realize that they had good people working for them, and should listen/trust them.

    Acquisition by Tradeweb was not good for the employees.

    Pros

    Small company, interesting industry, exciting challenges, and worthy effort -- helping retail investors and financial advisors. Nice co-workers.

    Cons

    Outdated (legacy) system. Too much politics -- internally and externally. Private equity investors had short-term plans.

    Advice to Management

    Engage employees. Be Transparent. Hire and retain competent people.

    Free pop and food. Unhealthy selections.

    Cons

    Too many rumors which builds insecurities in people's jobs.... which leads to resignations.

    Advice to Management

    SHAME ON YOU.

    Pros

    People are the best asset they company has going for it.

    Cons

    Senior management and the board killed a company culture that was outstanding. They are so clueless and out of touch with the people that give their heart, soul, and personal time with their families, all the while they are laughing all the way to the bank making fat salaries and taking in huge bonuses. They need to stop throwing money at problems and reward the worker bees.

    Advice to Management

    Stop paying leadership huge remote working fees that hire in their buddies and continue to be on the payroll to consult eventhough they haven't put the time in to actually advise on anything.

    Pros

    The opportunity to get involved and learn about different areas of the business is available. The clients are great. Senior Management solicits ideas from all. Most employees are great. Recent additions to Senior Management team indicate a move in the right direction.

    Cons

    Change of personnel at senior management level has been counterproductive. Business is cyclical - although most are.

    Advice to Management

    Financially and professionally recognize those that have consistently provided professional service to the firm. Appreciate service of deserving employees.
