    Pros

Positive outlook with Bonduelle ownership and improvements to systems. Large scale CPG distribution and customer base. People are generally kind and polite.

    Cons

A tendency to sugarcoat and glorify things.

Management is OK with being mediocre. Many talks about building world class programs, but only minimal actions.

    Change is slow.

Managers that have been with company 10+ years are generally complacent.

Long work days and cold environment

    Advice to Management

Clean house for the complacent legacy employees (10+ years) so that you can IMPROVE the culture faster.

I have been working at Bonduelle Fresh Americas (Ready Pac Foods) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Healthy food produced there. Get to learn how company works and with the right connection you move up.

    Cons

Lack of opportunities to grow with company. Micro-management, a lot of favoritism and if you are not brown-nosing enough you will not get whatever your asking for. And even though you are skilled and experienced worker, supervisors and coordinators will try sabotage you to get you fired, because your knowledge is a threat to their favorite position. Racism and discrimination is the everyday thing, also sexual harrassment with sexual comments and jokes out of context

    Advice to Management

You need to clean house, starting with the old school guard and pay close attention to HR Team, specially the recruiter

I worked at Bonduelle Fresh Americas (Ready Pac Foods) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not too many pros to list.

    Cons

    - temporary agencies do not do thorough backgrounds of their associates. Will hire anyone and it takes an act of congress to get rid of associates that violate attendance policy or have performance issues

    - upper level management pass down all work and do not take an active part of what's going on

    - issues with HR; loses paperwork, is inconsistent with policies

    - upper level management expects a lot of changes to be made with little to no tools/supplies given to help enact the change wanted

    - QA changes up the policies every other weekend.

    - upper level management are very shady. They talk about each other at any chance they get.

    Advice to Management

    - remain consistent with policy making

    - when holding roundtables, actually make changes based on the information given from employees

    - communication is KEY

    Advice to Management

Perform better relations with employees when it comes to open door policies
