I worked at Bonefish Grill full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Can be a good opportunity, plenty of growth potential because the company is growing on a quarterly basis. Stock options are available

    Cons

Work too many hours in a day, 15-20 hours is not feasible for restaurant management daily. Pay scale is not equivalent to similar entities

    Advice to Management

Don't over work yourself or others

I have been working at Bonefish Grill for more than 8 years

    Pros

Best company to work for if your a hard worker and love to work in high stress situations and work directly with staff members and customers

    Cons

long hours just the same as any restaurant. Compensation could be a lot better for the amount of work that gets done on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

loosen up on lower management and a lot less on micromanaging and allow each individual to use their own ideas and recipies to help staff
