I worked at Bonefish Grill part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good money and hours available. Managers are reasonable people at my location about time off. Staff works as a team so make sure you are good at this

    Cons

It's working in a restaurant so the customers can sometimes be a handful. Keep a smile on your face and be as respectful as possible to all.

I worked at Bonefish Grill part-time for less than a year

      Pros

Nice staff except for a few.

      Cons

Board runner and another host didn't speak to me for several weeks; acted unfriendly or rude when they did speak. Wasn't trained in money transactions, then was expected to know how to do it when the restaurant was busy. Chaos made worse by no communication since two of the hosts didn't acknowledge me. Slippery floor, long line at dish pit. Bottlenecks of people at the front door/host stand area and other areas in...

I have been working at Bonefish Grill part-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

-A wonderful mission -Very generous food discounts

      Cons

-Everything in this particular branch is backward, that is the problem, and it needs to seriously be addressed. -The problem in this particular branch that there is a mix of workers; hard working people who will CONTINUOUSLY work their butts off, will never complain, will ALWAYS help. Then, there are those that are CAPABLE individuals, however, because they sometimes do not want to fully do their job to the fullest...

I truly believe a successful business model does not only reflect its consumers but its very people at the bottom of the barrel, in YOUR...

I have been working at Bonefish Grill part-time for less than a year

      Pros

Not that hard job. Pretty easy, people around you are nice and mature, all the customers are old so they are always nice to everyone. Drama free. Flexible schedule

      Cons

Favoritism from managers, less hours. On a busy day u could make good money but on a slow day u could walk out with just $10-20 working 6 hour shift

      Advice to Management

Stop favortising people just because you know them. Give people props for the people that deserves it the most.
