I worked at Bonefish Grill full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Decent pay. Decent hours. Meet a few good people along the way. Nice complementary meals at all Blooming Brands Restaurants for managers.

      Cons

If you aren’t white male, you get the short end of the stick. As a manager you will get the worst schedule, all the blame, and no time to spend with your family/ children. Tons of management turnover. Upper management also changes often. Changes and new rollouts happen too often with no clear direction.

      Advice to Management

Be more involved in your Day to Day operations at stores.

      Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bonefish Grill full-time for more than 8 years

      Pros

It is just like any resturant even though it looks fancy.

      Cons

60+hour work weeks, special changes are always gone over after the fact.

      Advice to Management

      In georgia, everyone calls HR

      I worked at Bonefish Grill

      Pros

Growing company, staff, other managers, specials to get guests interested. Fast paced.

      Cons

The CEO at the time. More and more things frozen. Not great communication from corp to in field manager. 12 plus hours, no breaks. Feels more of a casual than a upscale or polished feel.

      Advice to Management

Less focus on Labor making cuts to save pennies. Stop with the coupons, go towards a reward program for people that actually come into BFG.

I have been working at Bonefish Grill

      Pros

Pay for now but we are making less as the execs make more.

      Cons

Typical corp job. More more more work. Less less less respect and input.

      Advice to Management

Get back to where we were before our founder got hooked.
