I worked at Bonney Plumbing, Heating, and Air full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have great benefits, they employ lovely people, and offer the best service they can.

    Cons

They are anti-LGBT, very conservative Christian, and are not accepting of any religion that is not shared by upper management. I was fired a week after employment, immediately after I requested major Jewish Holidays off and inquired as to why they did not advertise outside of the Christian quarter. I was confronted about a Human Rights Campaign magnet on my car. Furthermore, they do regularly lie to their customers to keep business.

    Advice to Management

They are missing out on great opportunities, but they are so closed-minded that they let go of amazing people.

I worked at Bonney Plumbing, Heating, and Air full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Clean and physically safe inside.

    Cons

Lied to O'Connell customers in Marin that they weren't the same business, told in training to perpetuate this lie. Only advertises and supports Christian outlets. Anti-LGBTQA.

    Advice to Management

It's time to let go of your outdated views and accept diversity.
