    Pros

Great management, co-workers make the days pass. Do your job, get paid. It's that easy. Free breakfast on Mondays, so that's cool.

    Cons

Customers can be awfully mean at times. Just need to let it roll off your shoulders and move on.

I worked at Booker Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Choice of company cars, share incentives along with share led savings. Staff discounts. Flexibility to develop customer base. Good salt of the earth branch team.

    Cons

Total lack of planning for business development, company doesn’t know if to chase the big win or lots of little wins. We can’t grow delivery without more van space but you can’t have more van space without the sales.
No room for growth from role. Middle management climbing poles and not caring who they tread on. Total face fits for progression company. Expected to work weekends.

    Advice to Management

No staff moral, stop with lavish presentation days and look at the people that help keep your business turning
