I have been working at Booking.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

First off the atmosphere and diversity is amazing. It’s an awesome company to work for. The pay is good and quarterly bonuses are a perk. They offer free food a lot and the canteen offers healthy food choices that B.com pays 50% of the price for. They offer Monster energy drinks in the canteen and free Starbucks coffee. The PTO is also very good.

    Cons

None that I can think off.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the amazing work. Management really cares about the employees and are always there for support and always there to help you get to the next level if you want.

I have been working at Booking.com full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free fruits, fab Friday and all the other events every now and then.

    Cons

Too focused on the numbers that a lot of staff just leave a mess because they’re so in a hurry to move on to the next customer.

    Advice to Management

Customer satisfaction should be more important than the number of customers attended to.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Booking.com full-time for less than a year

    Pros

PTO, Pay, Free Fruit, Multicultural Coworkers

    Cons

Management, work environment, Favoritism, Stress, Internal politics

    Advice to Management

Please literally just go back to the writing board and hire people who have degrees in psychology, sociology, Anthropology something that has experience managing people and a healthy environment for employees and the spectrum of human mentality. There is so much favoritism in the company its abysmal and as someone who had worked in other industries and has a degree, they do not appreciate employees who can actually be an asset to move up. They tell the employee to think "outside the box" but then once you do you get threaten with write-ups, being fired or just being harassed by management because they cannot fathom that you can have opinions or not following the black and white procedures to better the company without them not taking it personally. But if you are friends with someone from management even the most unqualified move up at a speed that leaves you speechless. 0 separation from professional and personal. And that is a recipe for disaster in a company. It is not just the ORL office but its a feeling that I heard from all offices across the company. It is a shame that this company is being taken down by the mediocre management and people who just cannot handle people and know how to treat people in a professional setting without looking out for their bonuses and their clique. The turnover is insane, so many employees leave every week or management begins this unethical witch hunt firing employees for the most mundane mistakes that are things you can speak about to someone to become better, so everyone is in this constant fear of being fired and stressed not only from the job which is already stressful but from internal who does not make the job easier for the employee. I finally had enough and quit even without having another job in line because my mental health was at stake and nothing is worth burning out especially for people who you know are not qualified to be management making decisions for this company. It has amazing potential but realistically I don't know how much this will last in terms of being a leader in the industry with this kind of poor and mediocre business strategy towards internal affairs. It will just be a revolving door for people to gain some experience and move on to better things which already seems to be that way. Company is losing money with the mediocrity they have for management.
