    Pros

What BoostMyScore has done over the years is prove that there are still companies out there who truly care about the customers. They've helped thousands of clients, not just by boosting their scores, but by educating them on the fundamentals of credit scores and reports and how to properly control and help their situations themselves. Going above and beyond for the customer has always been their number 1 priority.

This unique business model provides lots of flexibility for employees to grow in their roles, which is helped by leadership allowing employees to have true ownership of their role in the company. The culture of intrapreneurs provides less of a typical corporate structure and more of a partnership among various competencies.

    Cons

Compensation could be better, but as the company grows, that will change. Some of the day-to-day business processes could be more streamlined. Also, the company should work more with Denver-area clients, as most of its client-base resides on the coasts.
