I have been working at BoostMyScore full-time for less than a year

    Pros

What BoostMyScore has done over the years is prove that there are still companies out there who truly care about the customers. They've helped thousands of clients, not just by boosting their scores, but by educating them on the fundamentals of credit scores and reports and how to properly control and help their situations themselves. Going above and beyond for the customer has always been their number 1 priority.

    Cons

Not a con of BoostMyScore directly, but a con in this industry. There is a lot to learn about credit scores. So many people are attached to myths about credit scores that it's sometimes hard to make them see things differently. Another industry con is the numerous hoops and regulations we have to go through. Sometimes it seems uphill both ways but we find a way to get it done.

    Advice to Management

Management is great and always very helpful when needed. No constructive criticism to give. Keep up the great work!

I have been working at BoostMyScore full-time for more than a year

    Pros

BoostMyScore is a niche financial services firm that serves three quadrants: people looking to boost their credit scores, credit repair business owners looking to add a new service, and people with good credit who want to make residual income off their good credit. This unique business model provides lots of flexibility for employees to grow in their roles, which is helped by leadership allowing employees to have... true ownership of their role in the company. The culture of intrapreneurs provides less of a typical corporate structure and more of a partnership among various competencies.

    Cons

Compensation could be better, but as the company grows, that will change. Some of the day-to-day business processes could be more streamlined. Also, the company should work more with Denver-area clients, as most of its client-base resides on the coasts.

    Advice to Management

Continue to embrace new technology. Develop an organizational growth plan beyond compensation. The company is in good hands; continue to evolve the business, and the business will continue to reward its employees.
