GOC fees paid, not ABDO Opportunity to gain FBDO qualification

Optical Consultants on £1 less than hour than fully qualified Dispensing Opticians. Management don’t value Dispensing Opticians, just another body on the shop floor. Unrealistic sales targets and highly unlikely to make the pitiful bonus incentives. Constantly short staffed. Loyalty not rewarded. Salary not negotiable. Colleagues have to leave company and return to see any salary increase.
