Great shift pattern as the store management listens to requests for specific dates, colleagues improve the job and are supportive.

Cons

If you aren't great at dealing with difficult customers, I wouldn't recommend working here as the abuse you experience is appalling. Have seen colleague cry due to customers and management fails to support staff in this area as well as lax security. Upper management does not provide enough communication between themselves and that of the store so issues often arise. No formal training provided, you learn from an e learning site instead of a full week of learning how the store runs. I only learnt crucial information towards my last few weeks of employment.

There are some talented people who work for the company but the lack of engagement with various levels of authority leaves them feeling undervalued and unappreciated

Your just a number not a person Can do attitude basically means be a yes man Incompetent managers who apportion blame on others rather than admit their own incompetencies. Progression is limited now as a result of streamlining. Colleague investment is low and you are stretched to the max. Ageing pharmacy systems, prone to crashing. Lack of investment in pharmacies and they wonder why numbers are down / complaints are high. Morale is at an all time low
