    Pros

    Love my team.
    Diversity of the work
    Telework
    Benefits
    Rewards programs
    Tuition reimbursement

    Cons

    Low raises
I feel like they are not keeping up with the location market - it's very expensive to live here.
They are always wanting to find ways to retain talent - but if they are not keeping up with the cost outside the firm then we might look to go else where.

    Pros

Great opportunities for learning, lots of smart people to work. Great benefits.

    Cons

Work/life balance can vary throughout the year; effects from government shutdown can be unsettling at times.

I worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (More than 3 years)

    Pros

BAH employees are smart and capable, typically team players, and highly autonomous. I loved the people that I worked with.

    Cons

You can make more money elsewhere, but it comes at the cost of flexibility. To me, it wasn't worth the trade off.

    Advice to Management

There are lots of emails, in-person meetings, phone meetings, and otherwise extra meetings to attend that are all done in addition to the 40 hours of billable work each week. Perhaps this could be streamlined.

Give out annual bonuses to junior level folks like every other consulting firm. Also contribute into the 401k on a paycheck basis instead of a lumpsum at the end of the year.
