    Pros

    High caliber people and interesting work.

    Cons

    Promotion is difficult. It seems to be much easier to be hired in as an SA or Principal than to be promoted to those levels.

    Promote from within.

    - great opportunities at leading clients
    - working with smart, motivated people
    - solving challenging problems
    - working with smart and engaging partners (at least some of them..)

    - slanted towards superficial results/conclusion
    - lack of deep industry focus
    - poor communication from leaders
    - constantly changing strategy
    - horrible internal communication / IC
    - internal hierarchies and partner in-fighting...

    - take better care of your employees
    - improve the assessment process to make promotions about what you do not who you know
    - give back our 5% pay cut

    Pros

    Brand name,co-workers, high profile engagements, network, intellectual capital and firm resources. You are in charge of your own workstream quickly.

    Cons

    work hours, difficult firm to navigate in terms of ressources,training capabilities and political tensions. Work life balance is not always respected

    Advice to Management

    Respect moral engagement with employees even during difficult times; improve onboarding process,which is horrible and too generic.
    Maintain "office" culture
