- Work-life balance is possible...as long as you manage it and accept the work part will be high - Limited in terms of infrastructure, general support and technology (not an area of high investment since spin-off) as compared to larger firms (though this is being addressed) - Limited training and development (again, this is being addressed) - Heavy emphasis on powerpoint production...sometimes feeling like 'overkill' both on client engagements and for internal initiatives

Pros
Booz & Co is the most prestigious strategy consulting firm in the Middle East and has the longest presence in the region. This has allowed it to systematically win the most interesting projects in the region and in most industries. It also has the most office locations (6 regional offices) and is pretty flexible regarding location of staff which is a welcome flexibility that competitors do not offer. Finally, the brand recognition in the region is just amazing. This greatly facilitates client development efforts.
Cons
Booz has earned this reputation from the hard work its members put in their assignments. This leads to a zero work life balance for team members and has a high impact on quality of life as well as family life.
