    I worked at Boral full-time

    Pros

Good pay in a strong, steady industry that has been here for a long time and will continue to be here.

    Cons

Culture of driving employees as hard as they can be driven without much concern for employee morale. Not a lot of effort placed on making a positive rewarding work environment.

Advice to future graduates: look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Lesser qualified middle managers are blocking younger talent in the company from performing and ultimately progressing upwards. Communicate better with all levels of employees.
