    Pros

Some nice people , really not much nice things to say here.

    Cons

Lots of political and selfish people. You don't need to do work here, as long as you know how to talk and play politics you will rise. All the good staff have left. PP plays politics to climb.. Works here i guess as this is the culture in BMS, talk more, do less, play more politics and stab your colleagues, u will definitely rise up the corporate ladder.

    Advice to Management

Wake up you ideas, open your eyes and hear the ground.

    Pros

    Nice colleagues at working level

    Cons

Imported management that is new to market, and doesn't seem to have a good feel of the local business environment and culture.

Have yet to be making decisions aligned with the ground feel and operations.

    Advice to Management

More deep diving required to better understand operations, for better business decisions.
