I have been working at Bosch Rexroth full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Was reliable
Used to be a good company to work for
    Paid on time
    Fair overall benefits
Used to follow ethical standards in the past

    Cons

    Not follow ethical standards
Dont address issues and promotes the same people
    Bad working climate and moral
    Short term focus
Follows decisions made abroad to please management

    Advice to Management

Will lose trust and engagement of employees if not ethical standards are followed. Acting snaky is a short term view that you end up losing on the long run.

I worked at Bosch Rexroth (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company itself is a great company, solid benefits.

    Cons

Non Profit company that relocates major departments to other parts of the country every few years. No stability as far as jobs longevity goes. Managers in place that will intentionally allow losses to occur to meet US non profit standards. Human Resources are company driven and has informed managers/personal within the company who filed complaints about them. Managers run personal very poorly in many cases, will place temp workers in higher pay promotional jobs as to not keep company employee salaries down.

    Advice to Management

    Educate yourselves.

    Pros

Amazing company with great drive to create a better world. The facility I worked at was one of the nicest production plants I've ever worked at.

    Cons

I actually can't think of many. The hiring process was a bit strange for me and I didn't get much of an introduction to the company, but the work was great.

    Pros

You get a paycheck and benefits.

    Cons

Management is very unorganized. No communication between Management and employees. HR will not help you if you have an issue with management. Absolutely no integrity in management on any level.

    Advice to Management

Remove current management from shift supervisors on up to the top in every department. Get in a management team that actually knows how to lead without intimidation and lies. People who are leaders and not directors.

I have been working at Bosch Rexroth full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits- Vacation, 401K, Sick time, HSA, FHA, DENTAL, VISION, Tuition Reimbursement and discounts. Really tried there hardest to keep employees during the 2008 recession. Offer a wide variety of online general courses pertaining to your job.

    Cons

Good Ol Boy mentality among lower management making it difficult to advance. very low pay, HR is more for managers then for regular production employees. policy's are very open for as needed interpretation.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the regular employees they see more than you do.
