I worked at Boston Analytics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This company has a great Clientele, so most of the projects will be great and will be challenging which will enhance your skillset. Working on the projects, you will develop the skills to manage your time effectively. A wonderful learning platform for freshers as well as experienced. This company offers the best compensation compared to other competitors. Plenty of opportunity for enhancing your skillset.

    Cons

This Company has been a startup for the last 15 years and will continue to be a startup because the Management or the Leaders lacks knowledge and won't acquire wisdom just like some of our political leaders. If you want to disrupt your work life balance and want no money from your job then this is the company you should look for. The compensation mentioned in the Offer letters or Appraisal letters are only there on...

    Advice to Management

Please value and support your employees and please provide the Salaries on time. Higher positions should not be given based on your tenure or your buttering skills but based on your talents and hard work. Please do not post wrong and misguiding reviews to increase your company image, you already have a bad image with the Employees as well as with your Clients which won't changed no matter what you post.

    Pros

Get to work as puppets with high criticism. Work without salary and no work-life balance. Employees are treated as slaves

    Cons

Big scammers Management is really poor in decision making They hire talent despite their worst financial condition Employees work hard and wait harder for their salary which is due for the last 13 months Alluring and superficial talks of COO and CFO

I worked at Boston Analytics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good colleagues to work with. But, by now, a majority of them would have probably left the firm. The others who are left are just waiting for their chance to shift. Most of the projects are copy paste / research oriented projects. Hardly any strategy involved. In certain projects there is scope of good work that can be done which the management ruins by its bad planning or improper scoping of project. One good consulting...

    Cons

A plethora of things to write about ( I can cover only a handful) - No salaries on time for the last 10 months, forget about hikes and benefits such as sodexo, even the reimbursements have not been paid -Research firm masquerading as a strategy consulting firm and that too they do without a single license for research database and abuse client specific access for BD and other projects - No F&F settlement after...

    Advice to Management

    - First and foremost, treat employees with respect. They have been working for your organization diligently even if the salaries are not being paid, at least appreciate that - Change the top management and instill a young leader to lead the consulting division - Do quality consulting work by hiring some good talent and pay them salaries on time even if it means pumping some extra capital - Engaged employer'...

    Pros

Fancy company title, Employers are good talkers, fake accents, aimless company , pack of jokers- kind of funny the way they work

    Cons

They will never give you full salary- think 10 times before joining. When you leave the firm they will not pay your F&F. I dont see why someone should join this firm

    Advice to Management

Please declare bankruptcy - You are filling your bank accounts driving Audi to office but can not pay employees their due !!

I have been working at Boston Analytics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The quality of work is good and you learn a lot about different industries.. But since this is the case with many consulting companies so its not a USP Many companies especially HR assume that it's a sister concern of the Boston consulting group, but it's not. However, this gives it a good brand value which you can utilise to your maximum potential.

    Cons

Hmm.. Lot of them. I honestly don't want to sound frustrated and i'll try to be as neutral as possible. The Management expects you to work 24/7 all year. Work life balance is out of the window here. There isn't any proper infrastructure and no cafeteria, just a pantry which gets crowded during lunch and you'll have to wait hrs to eat your own meal. Management has no idea of time, cost, scope. The projects are pitched...

    Advice to Management

I'm not sure if my advice makes a difference. People have tried to give their honest feedback to the Management earlier but only got rude response, the Management isn't open to feedback and is too rigid especially the COO.
