Rewarding, make others feel good! Good pay and good management you can work as much or little as you want as an instructor.
There are no benefits (healthcare, dental). When you want to leave town it is hard to find coverage for your shifts.

Boston Body is an organization with good leadership that is always thinking of new ways to innovate in my field. I really like their approach to grow and expand and continually work on ways to improve.
With growth comes pain. Internally, there can be a disorganized feel. Employees definitely must be multi-taskers to succeed.
Advice to Management
Work through the growing pains before opening up more locations.

You get to wear comfortable clothes. Some of the people who work there are pretty nice.
The owners are pretty stingy. They pay you very little and expect you to devote all sorts of time to them (you should be available at pretty much all studio hours (8am - 9pm). They don't give you insurance or paid vacations and like to flash around their money.
