    Pros

    Supportive environment, hospital monetary incentives, positive environment, advanced from level I to IV within my time there as well as learned new skills

    Cons

    The only con for me was the commute in/out of Boston

    Advice to Management

    None. Now that there is a satellite closer to where I live I would love to regain employment

    Show clarity and value in team members, be upbeat, positive, trust your team members, delegate, and be respectful of team members time, don't commit team members without consulting them on their workload.

    Pros

    So many benefits! Tuition reimbursement, 1/2 off T passes, Movie tickets, little things that make this place great. People are nice too.

    Cons

    Honestly not too many except there isnt much communication between departments, but that doesnt stop you from reaching out.

    BCH is very much interested in promoting from within and developing employees. Many opportunities for growth. Tuition reimbursement. Good benefits. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

    Located far from home. Limited telecommuting options. Communication from senior level executives can be sparse at times. Workplace rules vary between departments.
