I worked at Boston Children's Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Supportive environment, hospital monetary incentives, positive environment, advanced from level I to IV within my time there as well as learned new skills

    Cons

The only con for me was the commute in/out of Boston

    Advice to Management

None. Now that there is a satellite closer to where I live I would love to regain employment

I have been working at Boston Children's Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing group of talented clinicians Doing life changing, life saving treatments for children. Boston Children’s is a name brand hospital you can be proud to work for.

    Cons

The commute is hard for people that don’t have access to public transportation. I drive and cannot afford to park close to the hospital, so that increases my commuting time. What stinks is that I live not that far away. When I go to Children’s as a parent and park at the hospital during non rush hours, it takes me 30 minutes. During working hours my commute is 1.5 hours plus.
