    Pros

    Supportive environment, hospital monetary incentives, positive environment, advanced from level I to IV within my time there as well as learned new skills

    Cons

    The only con for me was the commute in/out of Boston

    Advice to Management

    None. Now that there is a satellite closer to where I live I would love to regain employment

    Outstanding culture, vision & mission - day in and day out, you are always reminded of the impact you make on the lives of families and their loved ones. Sophisticated staff and physicians. Room for other opportunities and career growth.

    Cons

    Tough commute - Longwood very congested. Salaries not always highest in market.

    Best doctors with access to Harvard doctors. Excellent location- surrounded by other world class hospitals.

    Boston Children's Hospital takes patient care to the next level providing children and their families with resources to create a welcoming environment. The facility provides families with in-person translators and accommodations for all families.

    Cons

    Outpatient care managers are usually stuck on traditional values and refuse to adapt to new methods.

    Pros

    The people and culture of Boston Children's Hospital is amazing! Some of the best people I've ever met work here. Its a great job after college and gives you excellent customer service skills.

    Cons

    Hours are set. It can be challenging in the call center at times there is not a whole lot of flexibility.
