I worked at Boston Children's Hospital part-time (More than a year)
Amazing staff, a jobsite that gives a sense of purpose. Physicians, nursing, NPs/PAs, and technicians are some of the finest in the field.
Administration issues, though not significant enough to deter productivity. Seems difficult to move up the ladder unless you know people.
Advice to Management
Consider hiring more physician assistants for non-surgical specialties. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

The hospital dose its best to provide a easy way to get in and out of the hospital area . But nothing can help the MBTA. The MBTA is horrible.
Advice to Management
