    Pros

    Flexible hours, friendly people, awesome mission, compensation was very fair.

    Cons

    A lot of things that don't need to be handled with paperwork anymore(as it is 2017) are still handled with paperwork.

    Overall seems like a very well run organization. Things are generally well organized and communicated.

    Cons

    For an elite institution in one of the most expensive cities in the country, salaries for research fellows are quite low.

    Advice to Management

    For an elite institution in one of the most expensive cities in the country, salaries for research fellows are quite low. I made basically the same amount of money as a grad student after factoring in cost of living.

    bureaucracy and few holidays as it's a hospital.
