    Crazy hours, traveling, time and constant performance pressure

    Fits as long term career only to those sacrificing their time/families. More reasonable career tracks will be required for younger generations

    Not as flexible as one would expect in terms of chosing one's project interests, no coaching culture among senior/junior staff, strong "home grown" culture can make it difficult for lateral hires to fit in/feel appreciated

    + very grounded people and fun to work with
    + very good pay in comparison the IBD

    - At times challenging with private life

    Keep up the good work and the great spirit especially in the local office and make sure that BCG keeps premium positioning
